A ground-up new build on a narrow urban plot. The client wanted maximum light and a strong connection between indoors and out.

We designed and built a three-storey home with floor-to-ceiling glazing on the rear elevation, a rooftop terrace, and an open-plan ground floor that opens fully onto the garden.

Structural steelwork, concrete floors, and timber cladding throughout. Every material chosen to age well and require minimal maintenance.
